Improv is a powerful way to practice life.

In every class, we work with the core rules on improv: saying "yes, and" to new ideas, listening actively, supporting one another, and building creativity. When people feel safe to be playful - and learn how to fully activate their self-expression - true self transformation happens. They show up more honestly, take creative risks, are more patient with others, and discovery more joy in connection.
